Kirk is the founder of Mulfinger Law Group. He is a licensed attorney a licensed real estate broker and a licensed mortgage broker. A native of the Pacific Northwest, Kirk holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington and a J.D. from Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark College. Kirk is a former county prosecutor and private defense attorney. Memberships include: Washington State Bar Association, King County Bar Association, and the Northwest Multiple Listing Service. In 2006, Kirk founded Hampton West Real Estate and Hampton West Financial Group.

Jessica is a graduate of the Northwestern School of Law of Lewis and Clark College and is a member of the Washington State Bar. As a former county prosecutor, assistant attorney general and assistant city attorney, Jessica brings a wealth of litigation experience to the Mulfinger Law Group. Jessica joined the firm in 2005.
